Die Bundeshauptstadt hat in den vergangenen 30 Jahren immer wieder Projekte und Ma\u00dfnahmen umgesetzt, die ma\u00dfgeblich zur gendersensiblen Gestaltung der Stadt beitragen. Das aktuellste Beispiel, das auch in internationalen Medien immer wieder aufgegriffen wird, ist die Seestadt Aspern, die einerseits als Stadt der kurzen Wege, mit autofreien Stra\u00dfenz\u00fcgen und flexiblen Wohnungspl\u00e4nen (um nur einige der vielen gendersensiblen Umsetzungsstrategien zu nennen) ein innovatives und gut dokumentiertes Leuchtturmprojekt f\u00fcr Gender Mainstreaming ist. Ebenso ist der Gender Mainstreaming Pilotbezirk Mariahilf an dieser Stelle zu erw\u00e4hnen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gendersensible Planung ist nicht neu in \u00d6sterreich, allerdings l\u00e4sst sich schnell feststellen, dass die Schwerpunkte bisher in der Stadtplanung lagen. Um ein ganzheitliches Bild von den wichtigsten Projekten in \u00d6sterreich im Bezug auf Gender Planning zu bekommen, wurde der Fokus in der folgenden Arbeit auf den l\u00e4ndlichen Raum
